What You Need to Know from Maria Brophy, Red Flag Clients

Maria Brophy is back today with some tips on how to spot a client who just might not be the best client for you. We couldn’t quite decide how to name this video…”Warning Signs of Bad Clients”  but it seemed kind of negative, ha-ha! You know what we mean though, right? These are the clients that end up being a bit of nightmare and in hindsight you realized you should have seen it all along. Maria has a good list of warning signs and some examples that will help set you see the light! Again, I love her straight shooting style and her approach to working with clients. If you have not seen  the other What You Need to Know segment, you can see it here. If you have not formally met Maria yet, you can see our interview here.

What are your thoughts? Have you learned how to sperate the clients you want to work for from the ones you don’t? Subscribe via your favorite podcast stations!

  • Maria is just priceless! She’s always a favorite. I LOVE her straight forwardness and her business smarts. She really does make me feel brave…like I can do this!! I hope her hubby knows how blessed he is to have such a smart and savvy agent. 😉

    • Thank you, Phyllis! I really appreciate your comment. And most of all, your willingness to find your brave side and DO THIS!

  • Oh, and THANK YOU, Monica for having such wonderful interviews for us all to enjoy! 🙂

  • I am catching up and just watched this video…This advice is so timely and priceless. It’s great to have some “concrete” things to ask yourself when deciding whether to license with a company. Thanks so much!

    • Thanks Tamara, glad this was helpful to you. Monica is such a joy to talk with (and listen to) and she’s great at pulling information out of her guests!

  • Sue Allemand

Great advice Maria! Just want to let you know Monica — the video cut out on me about 13:47 though — tried a few times and it does the same thing. 🙁

    • Monica Lee

Oh! I thought I fixed that. The video do actually stop there! but it kept going onto a graphic I had at the end! Thank you for letting me know!

    • Sue, so glad you enjoyed it. Thanks, and sorry about the video cutting out. I hope you’ll keep watching the new video shorts that Monica and I put out there!
