How does Stash Books’s Roxanne Cerda acquire authors?

I love full circle moments. I feel like meeting Roxanne Cerda was one of those moments. I was at a conference, waiting in line and was introduced to Roxanne by Betz White who I met on the van from the airport. (See how this works?) Now I am so happy to introduce you to Roxanne.  She is an acquisitions editor for C+T Publishing and Stash Books. She is just so lovely. Editors are not scary at all, turns out! She wants to hear your ideas and genuinely appreciates your talents. In this interview she tell us what she is looking for in an author. We also discuss the role that social media plays in becoming an author.  She even talks about how she likes to be approached by potential authors. Girls, pay attention! Let’s get you published!
