Creative Thursday’s Marisa Anne

Meet the heart and soul behind Creative Thursday, Marisa Anne! That is exactly what I think of when I think of Marisa Anne-she is a woman with such a good and thoughtful heart. She brings so much to the creative community and genuinely believes in elevating all creative souls. We talk   about understanding your value in this interview. (Can you see a bit of a recurring theme?) We also tackle the voice inside your head and why it is important to quiet your inner critic. It’s a 2 parter! This is good stuff so the rest of our interview will be posted Thursday! She teaches online classes, has an active blog, licenses her art work, has an etsy shop and works hard at maintaining a quiet balance in her life. She has had an interesting journey and has had to tackle some tough (and interesting) situations along the way! You will like hearing her story!

  • Hurray for Marisa! We were at a Girl Crush event in Seattle a few months ago and she is an amazing woman. Lots of wisdom and creative/life advice.

Nice to see your face here Marisa! Hope to see you IRL soon!

  • No fair Monica! You left us with a cliffhanger! 🙂

    • Monica Lee

Cute! Yeah! That is what it is supposed to be! 🙂

  • Can’t wait for the sequel to come out on Thursday. This conversation has helped me to understand and exercise the thinking process it takes to move forward with my business. As a creative person I have a tendency to “gloss over” or dismiss stuff I should be mulling over until clarity hits.

    Thanks Monica and Marisa!

  • I’m a big fan of Marisa and her way of living and thinking… it’s very inspiring 🙂 Can’t wait for part 2!

  • Brilliant editing. . . of course we have to tune into Part Deux!!! More importantly, very mindful intropection, great questions (emphasize “quest”)and really honest realizations that make us all feel that we’re on track. What is possibly better than that!

Kristina, I am so glad you liked it! (And thank you for the editing comment-I am still a bit of a newbie!)

  • Best one yet!
Marisa is wonderful and I so so appreciate the honesty.

Thank you Monica for curating this online space for us 🙂
